The Cardiac Connection employees undergo a thorough screening process consisting of an extensive interview, skills evaluation, professional reference checks, criminal background check and drug screen. Each staff member has met the State of Virginia’s educational and training  requirements for the services they provide. We encourage, support and require continued education of each service provider.
