The Cardiac Connection is owned and operated by a team of compassionate, dedicated, caring and seasoned clinicians with over 100 years of combined healthcare experience.
What We Do:
We specialize in the care and management of cardiothoracic surgery, cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular patients. We also provide high quality in-home health care services to include, Skilled Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy for the greater Richmond area and surrounding counties and cities.

At TCC, we focus on spending quality time with each Occupational Therapy patient as if they were our own family.
Physical Therapy
Recovery isn't always easy. Having a Skilled Physical Therapist on hand is key to a speedy recovery.
Skilled Nursing
We offer quality Skilled Nursing Services with 24/7 on call services throughout Richmond and vicinity.
Speech Therapy
